Complaints Procedure

All levels of complaints are taken seriously by Drapers’ Multi-Academy Trust and the schools involved. If you are considering making a complaint, there are both formal and informal processes, depending on the severity and nature of the complaint.

We would encourage anyone making a complaint to in the first instance follow the informal route, by raising your concern with your childs Class Teacher or a member of the Senior Leadership Team at the school, as outlined in the Complaints Policy.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, this should be made in writing to the Executive Principal. The Executive Principal will then follow the procedures as laid out in the Complaints Policy.
